SCORCHED EARTH!!! PLEASE READ!!! PLEASE REPOST!!!!
My wife and I have been loyal customers at Sunshine Automotive for years.The owner, Steve Kendrick used to be great, but today he called my wife a “F***ing stupid B***t” on a phone call.
Last Spring we purchased a set of tires from them for our 2003 Suzuki Forenza. Since then we have had two flat tires, due to bent wheels according to Steve.
The most recent happened a couple of weeks ago, and we made an appointment, despite the fact that Steve was rude to my wife once before, to have the tire changed, and an oil change.
A day passes and Steve calls my wife, and informs her that her battery is dead, despite the fact that we had started the car and drove it on a donut to the shop. Steve also indicated that the alternator belt needed to be replaced. Begrudgingly, we accepted this and told him to go ahead and fix it before we ended up with a bigger problem.
Another phone call comes, and Steve informs my wife via voicemail that we had apparently driven the car with a flat for a long time, because the tire is ruined, and it will be another $96.00.
Since the tires were purchased less than a year earlier, my wife phoned Steve to ask if they were still covered under a warranty. Steve began to yell at my wife, and ask if she was calling him a liar. He then informed her that she was a stupid B***t.
My wife simply told him to charge us for the work that had been done, and not to put the wheel on the car. So, we are driving off the lot $300.00 poorer, and still on the donut spare.
This is their business information so that people don’t get insulted like we did.

Twitter Updates for 2010-02-16
- I just listened to the Smodcast episode where @thatkevinsmith explained his story #
- on a recent trip to Vegas United Airlines were delayed, and I missed a connecting flight home #
- I spent 15 hours overnight in Denver Intl airport with no apology #
- because the delay was weather related, I was "on my own" #
- on the flight homen the following morning, I finally got my first aisle seat out of 4 flights #
- But the front of the plane was too heavy, so one of us had to move to a seat in the back #
- the lawyer across the aisle didn't budge #
- The stuck up witch who had admittedly changed seats upon upon boarding stared at me #
- So I, who hadn't slept in a comfy hotel, or had a shower had to move to another middle seat for the flight #
- The stewardess could have grown a pair and made the stuck up witch move, but she let me take one for the team #
- Next time I fly, I Am buying 2 seats, and packing an air matress and blanket #

Not Feeling the Love

The most dangerous driver on the roads is the one behind the wheel of a white Caddilac Escalade. This is some rich jerk that doesn’t care about your safety, talks and texts rampantly while making hairpin turns, thinks stop signs don’t apply to them, and believes that the middle line is to be straddled.Slightly scarier is drivers in other manufacturers of white SUV’s who want to be the guy in the white Escalade.
